I have two tata sky connection (multi TV) with subscriber ID: 1166263168.
I took annual Tata sky package in jan 2019 (Dhamaal pack + HD + multi TV) which was applicable till jan 2020. I paid around 7K (~600/month) for the same.
As per the new TRAI guideline, we can customize our pack from April 2019. Tata sky has activated Family Kids HD pack on both of my TV (separately) without intimating/informing me which cost me 1012 / month. They have consumed all my amount which i paid for annual subscription without my permission. When i checked my account now (once come back from official onsite), i saw that my pack is valid till 4th October 2019 only.
I reported the issue to tata sky several time (request: 1N1Q63E4, 1N1ZN2OD, 1N0STJGY and many).
As per there response they have activated similar package without my knowledge but now i am paying 1012 instead of ~600 previously. How could they activate any package without my permission. they could have stop subscription or activated basic pack.
TRAI does not allow provider to activate any package without Consumer permission.
I put my money for annual subscription that is why they consumed it.
