This is to bring to your notice that we have been getting misleading information at the time of account recharge every now and again.

The people at the CS team have made this habit of lying, despite our communicating clearly, of what to keep active and what not to.

The experience with your team has been worst so far and repeatedly they are doing blunders and duping us. We are again getting harassment from your team such incidents also happen in the past which your team acknowledged and helped us in resolving once they were escalated to Senior Management. We are having a multi-TV set up at our place and we were facing this issue from so many months despite clear instructions for deactivation/cancellation for our secondary connection and we are getting charged monthly for the service which we are not even using it. This has been highlighted so many times and on a recorded line, your executive has taken this request so how could you use the balance from the primary connection to the secondary TV without our consent. This is a case of deficiency in your services and it is your moral and legal responsibility to refund back my excess amount charged without my consent.

 Tatasky is trouble in our life become of its unprofessional team and misleading information to customers and when we got our recharge done on 14 DEC for amt INR3425 this was very clearly told to your agent for transferring the complete amount to a primary connection and deactivating the secondary connection and to our utmost surprise we got to know yesterday that our whole amount is used and we were getting charged monthly for secondary connection as well.

Who has given you this consent being a Tata company how come you do such unethical business practices? The same issue happened 6 months back post out escalation, the person from CEO office Bangalore called us apologized for the miscommunication and ensured that this will not be repeated. But to out utmost shock still, this unethical game was on. In my opinion your staff, in particular, the manager did not try to resolve the matter in a professional manner a customer can expect. I suggest you need to look into it and take customer complaints a little serious else this will lead to severe damage to your brand image.

We were astonished at the lack of training and professionalism your team has when we have raised this again to your Social Media team and to your customer care executive yesterday with ref-1IVLQ6UE and this is like harassment with what they say to customers. That useless executive kept on repeating three times that after JUN18 no recharge was done to our account. All of your employees are sleeping over customer complaints and they are trained well to harass customers.

Another harrowing experience happened when your executive named PRABHA from Bangalore called today in the afternoon and she after checking details acknowledged on record line that the miss is from your part. TATASKY is wrongly debiting every month the charges for our secondary which we have not used at all. Poor lady can do her best and mentioned that she is empowered to refund back only INR600 to our account.  Is this is a joke happening or your executives are trained for such useless behavior? Your team seriously are a bunch of unprofessionals who have no idea what they even talking to customers.

We have all rights to ask our complete amount refunded back which has been charged unethically and please your team is not doing any favor on us. Better to compensate us on the penalty of this torture & harassment.

Highly disappointed with your pathetic services and the harassment is still continuing with us. Let me be very clear now its hard earned money for us and will not let your unprofessional team take that for unethical business practices. We want our complete refund for every month we are being charged for our secondary connection which was never used and already from our side consent was given long back for deactivation.

Once again TATASKY has duped us charged unnecessarily without our consent and given misleading information.

We have tried our utmost best to resolve this issue and once again repeat should TATASKY claim that this isn’t their problem to resolve then lets us resolve through the legal channels.

We have sent numerous emails/ messages on Social Media of which they have all but one fallen on deaf ears.

We still hope we can resolve this matter in a professional manner that the least one can expect from a TATA Group company.

It has been the worst experience with Tatasky and pathetic is a short word for the mental harassment your people are giving us.

Pls note that Srinivasan from CEO office has called us the day before yesterday and after at length we have explained to him our complaint and thought of closing this amicably.

But we were definitely wrong our trust has been breached no and then from your side least your passengers expect is a clean seat. This incident is an example of sheer carelessness because your team has started taking your customers for granted.

He acknowledged that bcoz of your system migration we were unnecessarily getting charged for our secondary connection which was deactivated long back and every month we were getting charged INR250 per month and he assured that our complete amount will be refunded for all months which was incorrectly debited so from FEB19-JUN19 INR250 per month is converted to the credits which happened in our account for IN255 & 56.

Which Maths he has applied in? This is just not acceptable. Why should we chase for our own amount?

We are highly disappointed and feeling really bad even after a Senior person calling from CEO office can do such blunders.

The brand TATA is known for trust please don’t let this go for a toss. This is the least I expect from your company.

We want to get this resolved asap and without your intervention, people sitting at all levels in Tatasky will continue to harass customers.

Yet, they have been falsely debiting the account  and have duped us more than INR 1500 in last 6 months.

Hence requesting  you to take urgent notice of this as any further delay will force us to escalating it to consumer forum should this be not resolved satisfactorily and timely.
