Dear Paytm Customer Support,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a refund for a transaction made on 24th September 2024 for an Amazon Prime Video subscription. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, but I have not received access to the service, and Amazon has confirmed that no subscription was activated under my account.
