Text of Complaint by prapancham S.Balachandran:

I have ordered for the reading glass as per the video in the face book on 23rd Jan 2023 and I have received the consignment today i.e on 30th of Jan 2023. In this I wanted to clarify that I have ordered the “intelligent photochromic /AutoFocus/Anti Blue /Ultra light reading glasses Mega offers x1” But I have received the simple sunglass that too for women. I ordered for a reading glass but I have received women sunglasses. I have contacted to the given phone number +919599194361but no response and I also sent a mail to the care@ezeeshop18.com but the mail returned intimating that the address not found. my product ID is 6054968257 and I wanted to return the product and kindly help me to get back the amount of Rs.999/- which I have paid COD on 30th Jan 2023. I request you to kindly take immediate action against these type of fraudulent companies, cheating the customers.
