Dear sir/madam
On February 2 2023 I visited piyush diagnostic centre jodhpur with my wife who is pregnant our doctor had written some test n sonography for which we visit at there office on 2/2/2023 at 7.45 pm for some testings. Their timings are 6 pm to 8pm .. they told me to visit next day because of the sample taker person is not available.. after that they told me to come next day after 6. Or 6.30pm.. because the timings are between 6pm to 8pm I visited next day on 3/2/2023 at 7.10 pm. and I travelled 16km from my house. The same problem came the person who take sample is not available at centre . Due to lack of the service which they can’t provide me they are arguing with me. They are telling me that I have come 30 minutes late. There are no any other patient there. The one who takes sample is gone too early before 8 pm.
But the reason is they are in fault so they are covering themselves. that the receptionist person and a person standing with him are very illiterate they don’t even know how to handle their patient. I told them it’s been 2 days I’m coming to your centre and I can’t able to do test which my doctor told us to do.They are misbehaving with me they argued with me and even abuse me. They throw my doctor’s receipt on floor and told me to get out from here and I will not take any of your test. Do what you want.
I’m surprised that the person who is in fault which mis guiding me from last 2 days. Third class behaviour from staff who don’t know how to speak to patient, they are useless, rude, egoistic they don’t deserve to be the receptionists or any other work.
