Dear Sir,
This is with reference to above subject, I Mr Dharmendra Tiwari would like to inform you that on 02.12.2018 due to an oversight I
have wrongly transfer Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) from Axis bank to Bank of Baroda on the wrong A./c
Same has been already intimated to Customer Service
But when I talked to the customer he said you have to contact to the Bank of Baroda branch and then I contact to the BOB bank he said that the wrong credited money is on hold the wrong A/c holder person can’t withdraw the money and then I mailed to the customer care of Axis bank they reply me that your money will be refunded within 7 days but sir, Today is 31-12-2018 still didn’t receive my money. Sir, when i want to contact the Axis bank they are not giving any response. Sir, please help me, sir.
