Respected Sir , I am a student and i’m Saving my pocket money from a long time for purchase a Laptop . And I’m Purchase a Laptop From Flipkart on 15 feb and product delivered on 16 feb . But in this Laptop have a Manufacturing Defect Called Screen Bleeding Problem a White Spot Show on the right hand side of the Screen i’m telling you about this problem on 16th feb but in your system have a technical problem so i’m not able to replace or return this product from my end and you also not able to generate replace or return request from your side . I’m Calling and messaging Flipkart too much for replacement my product according to Flipkart policy. on 22 feb they are ready for return not for replacement so they arrange technician visit before 8th march but its not done so after 10 march they are calling me 2-3 days before they are arranging direct pickup of my product without technician visit my product pick-up date is 11th march and refund date is 12th march but this date is breach and today flipkart customer service call me again for telling me they created a new return request because previous return request date is breach . I’m really really too much frustrate about flipkart behaviour i’m also complain about this behaviour in National Consumer Helpline and some days after complain flipkart is give me satisfaction for return my product and generate request on 22 feb . so i can’t take action against flipkart because u promise me about that . so please help me return my product as soon as possible .i’m too much frustrate and i can’t focus on my studies i’m a b.tech computer science and engineering student so this laptop is a part of my carrer please please help i’m last time requesting you please take quick action otherwise i’m file a case against flipkart about this problem how your company frustrate a student and i’m not able to focus on my studies so please under my problem sir this amount is too much for a college student it’s my savings please understand a student my problem. my all work and college projects is pending due to this laptop. please understand a college student problems they have already lot of study and projects burden they not going to court cases but for justice i’m going to anywhere also court please don’t think indian consumers are fool they don’t know our rights but we also know consumer rights like european and other countries we solve the situations peacefully its only a difference . i’m send 100 rupees as advance payment for this product and rest of the money i give as cash on delivery method ₹49890 i will send you invoice of this product . please help me to resolve this problem. please help me flipkart give me resolutions date again and again but my problem is still pending and today Flipkart cancelled my previous return request for refund and generate new request for replacement and give me 27 march for technician visit date and 29 march for replacement date .
