My Account balance is Rs. 170, with lifetime validity but I’m unable to make calls as popup/message says outgoing validity is expired. Why I’m being forced to recharge on pack that has a month validity only.(Rs 35 pack with 28 days validity). They also send sms to deduct 24 rupees from my account balance if not recharged.
