Respected Sir,
First time I have worst experience with Airtel service.
I am using the number 9797041466 from last 10 to 11 years as prepaid sim and recharge it monthly. I brought new phone and old sim was not fitted in it then I visited the airtel shop. He provide me the 4g sim which was fitted with my phone. After 5 to 6 days after activation I got a message the ur doc.is mismatched though he took all the necessary doc. Finally I contacted with him he referred me airtel showroom chanpora, they referred me tulsibagh, they referred me head office and they referred me rajbagh outlet. Finally they told we can’t do anything as ur number is mismatched. I want to know though I recharge it monthly (still I have payment in it), how abruptly they stop my service and left me aloan and never want to help. Please look into the matter.
