I placed an order to purchase a new Samsung mobile phone price 16,999.00 on 11-10-2019 on an e-commerce site Amazon. Also I paid extra 150 rupees for same day delivery. But I receive fraud thing which is a Stone instead of mobile phone. I made a call to Amazon customer care but I did not received satisfactory answer from them.
