My order I’d no. OD225009547445514000 i requested for exchange
For this order is picked up already but still not i didn’t receive any product or refund
When I questioned many times to customer care they are telling still searching the problem
Today i received call at 4:20 pm from customer care she spoke rashly with me and asked acknowledgement and not solved the problem
I ordered many products from Flipkart I got this problem for first time
Please solve the issue otherwise i will write to RTI
