Text of Complaint by AMRITHA ANILKUMAR:

I had placed an order on 16 September 2021. I asked for a refund and the product was cancelled on 18 September 2021. The refund was supposed to be initiated within 5-8 working days. Today is 20 of September and the refund is still not credited to my bank account. What action can be taken ?
