Dear Sir/Madam,
I R. Lakshmi, account# 1105840878.  I had internet issues on Thursday evening (25/03/21) and I have been facing static IP address issue from then.   I have taken static IP 3 years ago (November/December 2018) with IP address of 115.98.16.74 and I am using this specific static IP address for my office use as I am working from home for US process and this specific static IP address was saved in my office records and I cannot work without specific static IP address .
Now my problem is, my static IP has been changed to 27.6.127.98 per your records and it is showing as 192.168.0.11 in my properties.  This change was done without my knowledge (automatically) and not sure about the reason.
I first called to your customer care executive on March 26th and lodged complaint thru email.  Second time, I called again on Tuesday March 30th and my complaint was escalated to second level and Mr. Mohammed has spoken to me and assured that my problem will be solved in 24-72 hours and asked me to send one more mail to hydhelpdesk mail ID.  I lodged complaint as he instructed.  Third time, I called on 2nd April and customer care executive informed me that it will take  24-72 hours and still back end people are looking after my complaint.  Again on April 3rd called to customer care and spoke Ms. Sushmita and forwarded my call to Mr. Yousuf of second level escalation team person and he assured me that it will solve by Saturday 9 pm at any cost.  Today, Sunday April 4th (11:33 hours )and my problem still unresolved.  Please let me know if it is possible with you to change the static IP to my old address or not??
My humble request to you is to please change my static IP address to the same old #115.98.16.74 as I cannot log in my office ID without the specific static IP address provided earlier.   There is a chance of losing my job if I don’t get access to the old static IP.  If it is not possible to change my IP address, my request to you is to disconnect my internet connection and let me know the reason also.
Hope you understand my concern and please do the needful in changing my static IP to old IP only.
