I visited Stanza Living at at Lisbon House ,LISBON HOUSE, SY. NO. 47/11 DODDATHOGUR, ELECTRONIC CITY, BANGALORE on 8th July 2023. Sales team showed a demo room, after that I asked the sales team to show the actual room but the sales team refused to show the room. Sales team said that the room is good and the room has good ventilation. Sales team forced me to pay the booking amount, one month room rent and security deposit amount. I paid the amount of 16000 rupees. Once after I paid the amount the sales team showed the actual room. The room was very dirty and the room smelled very bad. I asked the sales team to look for another room for me, but the sales team refused to show me the other room. I requested many times to show the cleaned room but the sales team refused and talk with me unprofessional to me. Sales team talked to me in vulgar language. I escalated to the higher authority of stanza living, even stanza living management denied to show another room and I requested stanza living to cancel my booking and refund the amount.

Stanza is cheating many customers everyday by showing a demo room and not showing the actual room, stanza sales team is cheating customers by taking money from people and not refunding the customers.
