I ordered food from Delhi NCR based restaurant named Dastan “E” Lucknow situated at Crossing Republic area in Ghaziabad through Zomato.I received stale food as a result I fell ill and my medical condition deteriorated.Earlier also this restaurant had sent stale food which was later accepted by both restaurant and zomato team also, the restaurant committed that they will try improving their services and avoid parcelling stale food to customer.Again on this occassion ,I spoke to Zomato and sent the photographic evidence of the stale food however, zomato did not take any action.I requested Zomato customer service to log a formal complaint but they simply denied.They also promised me a refund however no refund has been processed as such.I want to take it up against Zomato and I seek for compensation and sue them.
