I have 400g, Alphonso ice cream. When I open the box it’s smells very bad. its like spoiled milk smells and tastes.

I have contacted the swiggy on this matter but it was closed as shared the rating on restorent which is unethical business model followed by swiggy.
How restorent will get punished on sell stale food ???
Why consumer bear the loss and resik the life.
Is this mean swiggy join hand with restorent on sell stale food??
What kind of quality check process has swiggy on stale food???
This completely ignored by swiggy else turned blind eye to make money with join forces with restorent who sell the stale food.
