I ordered cheese cake via Harleys through Swiggy , they sent stale cake which was hard I tasted it it was tasting bad and could make it that it was not fresh , i complained to Swiggy they closed chat saying Restaurent follows safety rules so they wont accept my complaint , i wrote an email so they gave response that I should give Restaurent one star and they can’t do anything about it. Its a shame that they don’t care about the heath of customer, they just want to over charge for the product , The restaurant made money by sending stale product to online customer coz they can get rid of their old stock without accountability and Swiggy is only concerned about making money and ignoring safety and health of customer. As a citizen I feed sad we are not valued by companies like them and taking advantage of customers ordering online who are actually paying more price commissions delivery price etc. please help
