I had ordered a sweet dish (Rasmalai) from Zomato app. The item was stale, it had sour smell and couldn’t be consumed. And that day itself I raised the complaint to there customer care about it.
So the resolution they offered me 2 days later is, “we have communicated it to our restaurant partner, be rest assured we will maintain the quality of food in future”.
I asked for a refund or replacement as it was waste for me so now they habe stopped replying over email, said they cant help over chat and do not have any other complaint redressal medium.
