I ordered biryani for dinner on 5th nov, they delivered stale food and for that i paid Rs 178. My hardearned money has been wasted as i didnt used that food. I returned that to another delivery guy. I made complaint on call they said can provide Rs 54 and in mail they said will give you coupan of Rs 36 only. They are harassing me mentally they are not returning my hard earned money. Amount was just for nothing totally wastage if money. Swiggy is making fool to customers because same incident happened with me twice
