On June 24, 2024, I ordered Zaza Mughal biryani and gatak ja dry fruit lassi from Eat Club Greater Noida. The drink was smelling very bad, and the chicken was rotten. I tried to call customer care, but nobody answered, so I decided to visit their store, and for that, I ordered again, and once the delivery partner was assigned, I called him for the exact location. I visited there and had a word with the so-called manager. The outlet was in terrible condition. There were no FSSAI licenses, no fire extinguishers, and no safety measures. The food assembly area was so messed up and dirty that a pile of garbage was next to it. The manager was rude, and customer care has not been able to solve any problems. Worst experience with Eatclub.
