We had ordered food through Swiggy from hotel Veetile Ruchi from Dombivli, and we got stale food which was smelling bad. When we raised a complaint with Swiggy, all we were getting was just a refund of 107 rs for food worth rs 357. This was just not acceptable as I had to dispose the stale food and again reorder spending 350 rs from other restaurant. Swiggy’s service was just not acceptable being a customer since long time as they were against providing full refund.
