I have been using swiggy for quite sometime for food and grocery purchases,recently the instamart located nearby has been delivering spoilt food on a frequent basis. The vegetables delivered had worms and the way they store things are pathetic, we even tried ordering meat and it was so bad the foul smell was something we couldnt bare. They deliver food which is bad or they deliver with certain items missing and on raising the concern with them they simply ignore and asked us to inform the restaurant or dealer directly. I have lost so much money and been falling for this fraudulent things of swiggy. Its such a helpless situation.
