Hi,
I had a order from Zomato yesterday (25th April around at 10:02 PM) the restaurant name was “Kalpana Food Plaza”, it was a Chiken Biryani order ID #1643971689 and this food was spoiled when i opened it was also smelling badly and water drops were coming out from the rice, potatoes and chicken.
When i reach out to the customer service, they said the image wasn’t justify the spoiled food. However, i have asked multiple times what exact image they want to prove then which they weren’t able to clarify still saying the image doesn’t justify the spoil food and their behaviors wasn’t good.
