Why is it taking so long to process the claim, as I have shared all the details on March 24 where I have not got any reply from your side regarding the claim wherein after so many messages from my side on May 23 I have got reply from your side and all of the sudden on 23rd May as per screenshot shared in the mail you claim that I have not shared the front picture of the photo with brand name on it wherein I have shared it with you but still you ask me for the picture if you had any requirement on the claims you should have reverted back in 7 working days wherein after 3 months you come to ask me requirement and reject the claim this is not done I kindly request you to process and approve claim as you have not shared any requirement in 7 working days but still I have recreated a ticket on May 29 ticket I’d IN2305291249397681454 but today on 10 June you people say I have claimed spf after 14days of return wherein I have applied for the claim the same day but flipkart has rejected the ticket and said me to reopen a new ticket as they have solved the unsolved query for which I can’t open the ticket apart fron that I get call from flipkart team that I need to hire their flipkart manager for my account help for which I need to pay thousands of rupees and they say they will help to get the claim done, so i need to pay money to get claim really disappointed with flipkart support and I have removed all the products from flipkart
