I noticed that the headset’s right side was less bass sound working properly, and the pouch they provided was not new. I realized it was a refurbished product, so I requested a replacement. and i am still waiting 10 days of replacement. I dint received any technical person.
I called Flipkart customer support, and they told me to contact Sony support. I’m now at risk of losing the one-year warranty. This isn’t fair; it’s a terrible replacement process.
