Zomato asked me to renew my Gold subscription by promising a certain benefit (called On Time Guarantee, OTG) along with a few others. I purchased the subscription and did not receive the benefit. On contacting them, they said that the OTG benefit has been discontinued and there is nothing they can do about it. I told them that before I paid the money, Zomato promised me that benefit. I said that since it was a wrong information given to me before I made the payment, please cancel my subscription and refund my money. But they refused offering any kind of help. Attached is the proof of what they had promised before I paid for the subscription.
