Text of Complaint by Gaurav Sharma:

am sharing one of my bad experiences with #swiggy . I have ordered a cake from swiggy with order no -“172590562981” but i received it in a very bad condition.
I contacted the swiggy customer care but they refused to replace it even though they are not ready to refund it.
The whole mood got spoiled . After so many calls , they got ready to compensate only a few amount which is not even justified. After delivering a bad quality product , they are not resolving the issues.
