Text of Complaint by Suraj Jaiswal:

I have ordered decorations light with order Id #12783693 and #12783729 from Snapmint.
None of the products are delivered and I received message from Snapmint that your order has been delivered. I raised the concern to the customer care team. But didn’t received the resolution till now and they want me to pay EMI without the product being delivered. So, I clearly told them that if the product is not going to be delivered then I will not pay the EMI.
There response was like “If I will not pay them the EMI then they will affect my credit score which they did by raising non-payment of EMI and my credit score is affected because of them.
I am raising this complaint against Snapmint for their worst or no service and for affecting my credit score.
