Text of Complaint by AMITABHA MAJUMDER:

I have ordered a pair of ASICS Touch Gel Fuzex Black on 14th Jan 2019, it was delivered on 21st Jan 2019, I was outstation ( I have proof), I came back on early morning 22nd Jan 2019 and tried the shoes and found it was bit loose on my foot and was not comfortable with it , so I filed a return request immediately on their android snapdeal app , after couple of hours i received one email saying

`we are unable to process your return request as it did not pass through out internal quality checks.” I am surprised they have not collected the shoes from me then how do they do internal quality checks?

The shoes are intact, with label and original packing and still with me, SNAPDEAL did not send anyone to pick it up.

SNAPDEAL have done the same mistake again and again , where I tried to ordering  this shoe at particular size for my cousin, but they send me different sized and I had return earlier.
the cost of the shoe is Rs. 3298.

Please take action, as per policy they are bound to return it and refund my money.
