Text of Complaint by saijyothi:

When I have placed an order , I gave my previous address by mistake.I later updated my address and tried to stop the order,but it said ,the product is in transit .The delivery boy didn’t call me and don’t know if he handed over to the security .There is no way that you can talk to the representative in snapdeal,and i kept on updating saying I didnt receive product,and I need my money to be refunded,they didn’t respond at all.Snapdeal has worst customer service.
