Hello Consumer Complaints Court,

I have already escalated the issue before with you last 3 days back, after which i received a response from snapdeal department. They contacted me over phone for the Fake Laptop i received instead of Vox Android Laptop. They asked me to wait for 24-48 hours to check on the issue and resolve my query. Aftera long wait of 48 hours, today a representative from snapdeal contacted me and told, as their Quality Check Standards team isn’t approving the request, they won’t be able to proceed further.

I asked him, if the quality control team who is not approving my request are official authority, he told me they are the main person, if they say no.. then they will not provide any resolution. I calmly told him that i paid the amount and whatever it is if something i buy, i create a video of unboxing it, and i have full video of unboxing the package, where one can find that i received a fake children’s learning laptop instead of vox brand.

The representative told me, “unfortunately, i am not able to help you on this scenario”. I told him ok, if you don’t want to proceed further, i please request you to mail me whatever you just told me about your quality control team’s response and all in a written format, as i have to forward it to Consumer Complaints team who helped me in getting in touch with you people, when i wasn’t able to get connected nor over phone or email.

He told ok for that, and after a while i received the same automated mail that i am recieving whenever i am trying to contact them over mail. They are not ready to accept their mistake sir.

I paid a total of Rs. 5499/- for this order and received Rs. 499/- worth product. I request Consumer Complaints Court to get in touch with them on my behalf and speak with them on the same, where i am ready to share unboxing video as well as images of invoice etc..
