Text of Complaint by R SATHISH KUMAR:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Last month i.e. 13/01/2018, I have ordered a MI 10000 Power bank from Snapdeal. the proposed date of delivery is 21/01/2018. till 20/01/2018 they have not initiated for the delivery. After so many reminders, they have dispatched the product only on 22/01/2018 late evening. (monday).

On that day, i got an condolence message, so i have taken the product along with me for charging my mobile while travelling. While travelling I have open the product, but shocking that the data charging cable is missing. I could not charge my phone and got switched off.

After reaching home, after 6 days, on sunday – 28/01/2018, late night. next day i try to raise a return request about the product, but i have shocked the return option is not enabled. I tried customer care support executive, they cooly told that the due date (7 days is over). I informed that the return date is today only (7th day) and they refuse to take back the product and informed that they will count from the date of delivery only.  even if we count from the next date as the 1st day, to 29th is falling on 7th day.

Again the product also charged more than the MRP price, original price is Rs.1,599/- MRP, they have billed Rs.1,699/- which is more than Rs.100/-. than the MRP. I asked for the same and they told it is printing mistake. HOW THEY CHARGED MORE THAN THE MRP PRICE ? of an product. They told the balance amount of Rs.100/- will be refunded to your account.

And after that they disconnected the line and no response till now from them (SNAPDEAL).

I got all the evidence of the bill, product picture, message etc., for your ready reference.

I humbly request to kindly take severe action against these cheaters and save people.
