Dear sir, myself Tapas paul, son of sri Ranjit paul, living in ushabazar, Agartala,west Tripura.my complain is against Snapdeal shopping company.on 10 February 2018 i have placed an order for a strolley bag(safari 4 wheeler).

order id is ##21098829533.after placing order i got a delivery date on 20-23 February 2018.on 13 February 2018 i inform them via email that the ​order i have placed is dispatched yet.what is the reason for delaying.On same day they assured me via email that my product will be delivered as they promised.but they didn’t give it delivery to me on the saying date.

on 24 february 2018 i send them a mail for cancelling the product.After 1 day i got a call from Snapdeal office that if i want to cancel it i will get refund when the product reach to its origin destination or ,as the product reach to Agartala,my destination ,if i want to take delivery,then they can give delivery it to me. i saw that on the Snapdeal app the delivery date got changed.

The new delivery date was shows 01 march 2018. Then i agreed with them.but on 02 march they have changed the delivery date from 01 marc to 07 march 2018.in between i send several message them.and i got several call from Snapdeal .but still today ,on 9 march 2018 they did not give me the product .

i requested them either you give me the product or refund it me.They r doing nothing.i am worried about my money.i am spending my days with mental depression.They have harassed me and till date it is continuing.please give me justice.
