I am Antony K. F, Kuttikat, Opposite to Lakshmi theatre, Nemmara, Palakkad, Kerala-678508.I had purchased an HUAMI AMAZFIT BIP U smart watch(pink)IMEI serial number 20172121655012 on 15.07.2021(Invoice number C35307219715A001) from Tata cliq shopping site. The sellers address is Yuvaan Entreprises Pvt. Ltd, C-96,Ground floor, DDA LIG Flats(Arunodaya Apartments )pocket 2 sector 7,Dwaraka-110075.
It had stopped working on 2022 March last week.When this was reported to the company on 3.04.2022 they asked me to sent the video of the product and also asked to sent the invoice. After senting the video and invoice, they asked me to sent the product to Amazfit service centre, FF-8,Reliance plaza, Sector 4B, Vasundra, Ghaziabad 201012 bearing ph. no 7838514096.
I had sent product by courier to the above address on 13.04.2022(Courier.. DTDC.No R46839093)from nemmara, Palakkad
Even after repeated enquiries through Whatsapp and provided phone number, they are not replying and not ready even to answer the phone calls. No correspondence is being done till today. Please help me either repair the product or replace it
