We have bought 2 smart watches from Amazon / Flipkart of Firebolt. Both of them are not working within 15 months of purchase. The company is saying it can neither do a replacement nor do a repair. So we have no option left but to purchase new watch. Its not possible to buy watch every year. Please help.
