I had applied for a loan on smart loan app on 10th November about also was on chat with the team member on what app chat on phone with no:- +91 88290 38625.
I had applied for 1 lakh but increased amout to 1lakh 50000. I was in touch with Kapil Bharti on the chat with the no given above.
I made all payments as per what I was instructed & what app Saud. In total I paid 71000.
Later they asked to pay 6000 more on app & chat. Person says spoke to manager, stated manager said to him to get loan for money of 6000. Till now no response, nor my money refunded. Nor I am receiving response till date.
I have made payment from my icici bank account
