I have ordered a Computer chair on 4th September which cost of Rs.1999 Order ID-DD2084. When inquired about the product via mail they replayed “Your order is successfully dispatched. You will receive your order in shipping period as per darkdott shipping policy. ” Now the site is not responding. I didn’t receive the product.

I placed my order on august 25th and still I have not received the gaming chair yet. I kept waiting till today and put several mails about my order follow up. They never gave an update even about the product status. I was so frustrated and understood I got scammed by this sinisters. There is not a single reply I received from them till date. their domain is probably shut. They have duped money for lot of people I guess. I try to access their webpage, but unfortunately it is not accessible(darkdott.com). I want to understand if it is possible to get a procedure for refund.
Same fraud.
Few websites mention that its server was based in Canada. The payment gateway , website host server etc they must have arranged so if somehow these hosting servers and payment gateways can be approached to trace to which account the money went, they fraudsters behind it may be traced.
