Hope you are doing well.
I am writing this email because Paytm company is not refunding my money since March 15. I have booked ticket through paytm application from lucknow to mathura for my family they have to reach in early evening . I booked ticket for which arrival time . technical issues. . He asked me to book another tickets and send the same at his email and he will process refund. I booked another ticket and emailed the same to him. Now, I have not received my refund yet. I have attached entire conversation which happened through email and requesting you to take appropriate action
