Hope you are doing well.
I am writing this email because Paytm company is not refunding my money since march 15. I have booked ticket through paytm application from lucknow to mathura for my parents . I booked ticket for which arrival time was 3:08 PM march 15th. As my parents have to reach early evening , I called to paytm customer care and spoke with one of rep. He asked me to book another tickets and send the same at his email and he will process refund. I booked another ticket and emailed the same to him. Now, It’s been more than 6 weeks and I have not received my refund yet. I have attached entire conversation which happened through email and requesting you to take appropriate action.
