Dear sir,
i have all ready submitted complaint of the Rbl bank January 2021 fraud transition i have regular base mail forward to bank but not replay the my mail and customer care sir wait to the 24 hour to 72 hours but not April but not complicate the 24 hours and 72 hours not a my email compliant but i am harassment the rbl bank so many time e mail rbl bank sell the customer data i have all ready submitted my fraud transaction prof submitted in Rbl bank
I am mailing this to you due to a lot of trouble in the dear team, I have mailed to your email id so many times that I have not been replay yet I have been badly affected by services of RBL BANK due to which I am upset. If you cannot replay to my email, please let me know

Ø Please provide the details for my fraud transaction claim i have submitted in one assist my card no. 5243*******7825 / 5369********7617
- Provide confirmation / letter from Banker that they will not claim this amount from Insurance Company.
- Confirmation from bank that they have not reversed the transactions or reimbursed the customer up to the loss
- Kindly confirm from the bank whether the transaction is Pin based or Password based.
- Confirmation from bank on replaced card number as different card number is there on bank statement reflecting fraud transactions

note : i have already send the mail 5 to 10 time but not reply in your side so please help me and my side last mail and i have your bank payment not are deposited and bank are responsible in future
