I have already paid the full interest charges last month. Later, I converted the remaining balance amount into EMI, which included interest charges and processing fees. Unfortunately, I am facing financial difficulties due to a job layoff. I had informed the team that I am ready to pay the EMI, and that’s why I opted for the conversion.
However, an additional amount of ₹18,967 has been added again, which is not fair to the customer. I am really disappointed with OneCard regarding this issue.
