Travelled on 10 th May and paid Rs 964 to driver by phonepay as the OLA post pay had issues. Latter there is demand from OLA to make payment and several messages and phone calls are being received. The proof of payment to Driver was also attached to the mail sent clariyfing that amount has already paid. If this demand is complied it amounts to unjust enrichment.
It is only a matter of setting their record straight which OLA refuses.
