Text of Complaint by Nilofer Galhate:

Dear Vodafone,

I am an vodafone user from past many year using number 9833961943 the number recharge of 230 Rs was made already on 4th Dec 2018 around 4pm the number was blocked despite of recharge done before. Next day on 5th Dec 2018 visited store which stated sim is activated. Later called customer care they stated its deactivate apart the Customer care manager Sagar declined to tell full name disconnected the call without giving proper solutio
