Text of Complaint by Prabhu:

I have done recharge for 600 but Sim got deactivated without even making a proper call to the customer in COVID lockdown. Customer care is not responding. Now I have to recharge another number which is additional charges to me. Due to the sudden inactive of Sim, I have lost customers of my business, its a huge loss to my business. Vodafone has to compensate all my loss of money.
