From past 8-10 years i m using airtel.. but on 8th September 2022 i recharged the number after that my sim stopped working.. I called the customer care but they told that this number is not with airtel.. I have all the recharge proofs but they denied & suggested to visit nearest store . I visited the store on 10th but they also refused to do anything . Today they are saying we will generate sim in 24-48 hrs ..but their is no guarantee that the sim will be activated or not. What is my fault in it??? They said the documents are not proper & without as any prior intimation they have disconnected my number.. I m facing a lot of problems as it an old number & i m using it professionally & personally also . Please help
