The service of your staff in call center(ACCESS SRINAGAR J&K) is not in proper manners.. I have lost my sim card bearing 8899734993.. On 9th of feb (near about 3pm) i called the customer service department to block incoming and outgoing of my no. asap, then they blocked my no. after giving a proper authentication… But on the same day 8.30 near about the customer care unbarred my no.without proper authentication… Why they unbarred my no. without proper authentication… I am fearing that the same sim card no 8899734993 if used anti nationally would be an offence under my name and that too in the current circumstances.. Airtel broke my privacy i will register a case at TRAI and consumer court… Call me 8494025180/6005069496
I am intouch with the concerned Police Station related the same issue of my sim card… I requested the police station that the Airtel company/ACCESS SRINAGAR ‘S Customer care Advisor be dealt with iron hands and action under rules be initiated against the advisor/culprit who unbarred my no. Without proper authentication
