Text of Complaint by Jagatjeet Singh:

I visited Airtel Stor at Good Earth City Center, Gurgaon on 18 August 2019 at 2:30 pm. I got a new prepaid connection, +919818864816. I gave my Adhaar card and fulfilled other formalities. I was told to pay Rs. 248 and I paid the same in cash. I was told the sim will activate in 30mins. Now in the evening that I have activated my sim, it appears that the Airtel Store has activated the sim, however, have intentionally not added the Rs. 248 worth of Talktime on the sim. They were even reluctant to share any of their numbers. When approaching the Airtel customer care at 121. I was told they can not do anything and I must suffer.
