Text of Complaint by Dipen:

  1. My Tata Sky ID is 1109198562 and Mobile No is +91 9825429711
  2. I have TataSky connection, and I was recently called to Customer care about my problem I.e. When I try to watch paid channels like Sony, Star Plus after payment of it, there are lots of interruptions to watch. And when I try to watch free channel there are no issues.
  3. When I called about it to Customer care, they ask me to visiting Technical Person on my expenses,
  4. Once I was already paid for chargeable channels then why should I will pay for Technical Person’s visit? Please Remember I does not facing any problem to watch free channels, but when I switch to paid channels Problems starts.
  5. Please help.
