Restaurant chains like KFC, Burger King, McDonalds, etc have significantly higher prices in food delivery apps like Zomato, Swiggy, etc while also charging “Restaurant Taxes” that results in far higher charges than visiting the restaurant in person. Complaining and contacting Zomato or Swiggy has not yielded any results and they haven’t offered either an apology, explanation or a solution.
