I Ordered a Smartwatch vide order ID 23449 placed on 26 Mar 23 from Shyam Krupa Enterprise. I ordered for a Aluminium/ Silver coloured HK8 Pro Max Ultra Smartwatch and they sent me a inferior quality product different from one that I have ordered.
Secondly, this watch is not functioning properly and not even showing names of contacts when call comes.
Despite repeated attempts to contact Shyam Krupa Enterprise, no one responds.
